Each Faculty has its own Service of Orientation and Tutorship (SOrT office) which provides information about the courses and in general about all didactic activities (courses, schedules, study plans, etc.) and a Student Secretary that takes care of the administrative management of your studies. You can ask them general information, calls for admissions, as well as career management and changes (transfers, interruptions, etc.), tuition fees and reimbursements.
Please follow the links below to visit the pages of these offices: during the indicated office hours you can talk to them in videoconference.
Studying in the largest European University, learning a new language, living in a European capital and meeting other students from all over the world: these are the objectives of international mobility programmes, which have involved, for years now, thousands of students who they choose Sapienza for their studies.
The University has always invested in the international mobility of students by joining exchange programs, promoting the activation of agreements with EU and non-EU countries and participating in inter-university cooperation programs for international training.
This allows Sapienza to acquire greater competitiveness and attractiveness, and establish itself as an Italian point of reference for the major international ranking agencies.
To welcome exchange students, at the beginning of each semester (mid-September and mid-February) Sapienza organizes the "International Student Welcome Week" with events dedicated to welcome and orientation activities. During the week, welcoming initiatives are also planned by the faculties, in addition to the participation of the Revenue Agency, which allows students to acquire the tax code and facilitate their access to local services. Furthermore, tutoring and welcome sessions dedicated exclusively to students from the partner universities of the Civis Alliance are planned.
